How Submissions Work
• Submit your track for consideration using the form below • Complete the track details and upload your audio • Audio files are uploaded securely through the form and stored in our internal system. You do not need a Dropbox account • Review your submission before continuing • Confirm the submission terms and complete the submission fee • All submissions are reviewed by real people • We do not use algorithms, artificial intelligence, or automated scoring systems • Tracks are curated by guest editors and members of the Big Hug Music A&R team • We are not interested in follower counts or streaming numbers • You will be contacted by email once the review process is complete • No rights are taken and nothing is licensed without approval • Payment guarantees a human review, but does not guarantee acceptance or placement
Key Terms and Conditions Overview
We review all submissions for consideration only. If your music is accepted, we will send you our full Music Licensing Representation Agreement for review before any representation begins.
We represent music for synchronisation only. Artists retain ownership. Licences are approved by the artist. Licence income is split fifty percent to the artist and fifty percent to BHMG.
All streaming income, performance royalties, mechanical royalties, neighbouring rights, and all other non licence income remain the property of the Licensor.

Submission Fee £25 for one track £40 for two tracks
What the submission fee covers
The submission fee covers professional listening and review, basic rights and metadata checks, catalogue administration, and secure audio storage.
Payment guarantees a human review of your submission, but does not guarantee acceptance or placement, and does not affect ownership.
